Genshin Impact Version 7.1 introduces the "Tabletop Troupe: A Gathering on Adventure's Eve" event, offering players a unique opportunity to temporarily join forces with high-tier characters. According to official HoYoLAB information, eligible players can invite one event-exclusive 5-star character of their choice to their party via the event interface. The roster of available characters includes Tartaglia, Nilou, Baizhu, Chiori, Clorinde, and Varesa.

To participate, players must reach Adventure Rank 18 and complete Archon Quest Chapter VII: Act IV, "A Rekviem for the Underworld." Upon inviting a character, players also receive Ascension Level-Up Materials for that specific character. It is important to note that each character can only be invited once during the event period.

The event runs from the Version 7.1 update until November 3, 2026, at 14:59. This temporary addition allows players to experiment with different team compositions without permanent commitment. The event serves as a prelude to further adventures in the Snezhnaya region, where players can continue progressing through the latest Archon Quests introduced in the current update.
