Kuro Games has released an official notice regarding the upcoming maintenance for Wuthering Waves Version 3.7, titled "Prism's Illusion, Heart's Illumination." The maintenance window is scheduled to begin on September 30, 2026, at 04:00 UTC+8 and is expected to conclude at 11:00 UTC+8 on the same day. During this period, players will be unable to log in to the game, so the development team advises Rovers to plan their time accordingly.

Due to the large file size of the update, the official notice recommends that players connect to a Wi-Fi network to ensure a smooth download process. As compensation for the downtime, eligible players will receive 300 Astrite and 2 Crystal Solvent. To qualify for this compensation, players must have created a character and unlocked the Mail feature before the maintenance begins at 04:00 UTC+8 on September 30. The compensation will remain claimable until the next version update.
